The design for this cute tea place was inspired by the English tradition of the afternoon tea. It is impossible to talk about tea tradition from England and do not think of Kings, Queens, and the whole Court and, of course, that made me think about the eccentrics and mad queens from fairy tales.
The references are subtle, like the red rose with a white stem that the Queen of Hearts from Alice’s Adventure in Wonderland is so obsessed about. Or the ‘M’ in the shape of an apple, which the Evil Queen in Snow White uses to poison the innocent princess.
The color pallet was chosen to represent sophistication, elegance, and calmness. It is an invitation to relax and have a delicious experience.
